Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders will ship within 3-5 days after your order is received. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding USA Federal holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CUSTOMS

You are responsible for all duties and taxes on your order. If you refuse a shipment from SEEYOUTOMORROW, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SEEYOUTOMORROW. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned, and you will not be issued a credit.

Depending on your Country you will have to pre-pay your duties and taxes at checkout. This means you will not have to pay these fees when your order arrives, and in those cases, we guarantee that you will not be required to pay additional costs upon delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable. These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on several factors, such as: Country of Origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates, & Local import taxes.

INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address, we will have to charge you to reship your package, and for the shipping charges related to the return. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a store credit for the order total, and the shipping and returning charges will be deducted from your store credit amount.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility of your package once it leaves our warehouse.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Fees: There will be a flat shipping & handling fee for all returns and exchanges:

Return: A $10.00 flat fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange: A $13.00 flat fee will be charged. This includes the shipping for the exchanged item.

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after your item has been shipped to request a return. Returns will only be accepted if your item is unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that a shipping & handling fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges You have a 14-day window to request an exchange for your purchase. There is a shipping & handling fee of $13.00 for all exchanges. This fee includes the shipping for the exchanged item.

 

Store Credit Please note that we do not offer store credit in replacement of a refund.

 

Refund Timing We aim to process refunds within 10 days after receipt of the returned item.

 

International orders can be returned. However, any shipping costs and duties/taxes from this return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
